Ragdoll cats have earned their name because of their laid back and relaxed temperaments. They are quiet and calm, very affectionate and loving animals. Ragdolls are intelligent and often behave like dogs. Ragdoll cats are easily trainable; they will come running when you call their names. Ragdoll Cats can also learn to walk on a leash. Because of their mild temperaments, Ragdoll cats should be indoor cats, they typically do not have fighting instincts.
