I came across this site and others after trying to find some help for my girlfriend's rag doll that was vomiting his food almost every day (after gulping it down as if he were starving). After reading some tips, I went to the local chain pet store and picked up a tube of laxatone (tuna flavor, to be exact). We've been giving him a dab each day about 10 minutes before feeding, and he has not vomited even once in these six days of continuous use. It's definitely worth a try if your ragdoll is wolfing his food down and tossing it back up.

my ragdoll is listless but all vet tests are clear. we give rosie 1/4 Tramal SR (50mg) once a day as vet thinks she has a virus causing joint pain. She is 1 kilo lighter than her twin brother and doesn't play like he does in any shape or form. Any Advice wuld be greatly appreciated.

It is probably his food. Cats tend to be allergic to the wheat protein in dry cat food, and also to corn. Try finding a holistic cat food that does not contain wheat or corn.

My male ragdoll has a rash around the top of his eyes and keeps scratching it. The vet gave us an antibiotic which we are giving him but it isn't going away. They said he is allergic to something but we don't know what. Any ideas?<br />
