I recently acquired a stray ragdoll. I took him to the vet an ha him checked out and am happy to say he has a clean bill of health... except he is over run with fleas! We tried everything from flea dips and medication to bombing the house. At the vets recomination, I had him shave short to help comb out the fleas an keep track of our progress. He has become very pale because of the bloo loss, thats the vets saying. I can see the pale gums an nose an ears, even his paws are pale! I took him to another vet I trust, hes been our family vet for decaes, and he says there is nothing wrong other then the horrible amount of fles. His fur is slowly growing bck, very slowly, and the nights are getting colder. He sits on the couch an bed and shivers. I dont know what else I can do to help him. I keep him inoors all the time. He is so sweet an being very cooperative in everything i put him though, and i dont know what I'll do if I lose him. Please, I need advice.

My mom had a bad case of fleas this spring and she got some stuff from her vet called "Revolution". Within a few hours the fleas dried up and you could actually see them droping off the cats. Her one cat is allergic to most flea medications but this stuff ddn't seem to bother him one bit.
It can be a bit pricey but worth it if it works!
If you want to do some reading up on it here is the website http://www.revolutionpet.com

Good luck!
